Here we are at the end of March, on the cusp of the Easter break, already 25% into calendar year 2024.
Thanks to our terrific team and wonderful clients like you, we’re continuing to experience strong demand for financial advice and we have been expanding our team so we can continue to help more people. One of our newer team members is Max Pree who began with us in November. You can read a little more about Max in our Team Member Profile below.
Last week, I was in Sydney at the annual Dimensional Practice Management Symposium. This was a great chance to connect with and gain insights from fellow advice professionals from across Australia and New Zealand. I also enjoyed being part of a panel during the event, along with Michael Goodman, Managing Director at Wealthstream Advisors in New York.
On the topic of connection, I hope the Easter break offers you and your family some quality time together.

What I see when I watch basketball
One for all the basketball tragics (like a few of us here) who are following the annual March Madness in the US. This article is a fun reflection on the parallels between basketball and markets including the fact that we don’t know who is going to win, but we know someone is going to win—and that win will carry us all forward in some way.
Having a financial coach in your corner
Continuing this month’s sporting theme, here’s a great video that shares how a trusted advisor is like a coach to help you reach your goals.
Meet the team: Max Pree
Max’s journey to HPH Solutions is an unconventional one – he spent time at university on a pathway to a medical career before his interest in the world of finance took over. The opportunity to make a tangible difference in people’s lives by helping them secure their financial futures led Max to HPH and it’s been awesome having him on the team.

Social Club River Cruise
A few weeks ago, some of our staff enjoyed a lovely afternoon/evening on the Swan River. Huge thanks to our Social Club Committee, who is always looking for fun new things for us to do as a team. This one was right up there!
